Dashboards

The Lazsa Platform offers a comprehensive set of dashboards that provide a holistic view about the status and progress of product portfolios and products, to the business and executive teams in the organization. The dashboards workspace is divided into the following tabs:

Tab Description
Overview Dashboard

This tab shows the following data:

  • KPIs
  • Product Line details
  • Product details
Release Trains Dashboard

Select a release train to display the following data:

  • The releases associated with the selected release train.
  • The release details
  • The products associated with the release, and the maturity assessment details of each product.

Click to view the Release Dependency dashboard that provides the following information:

  • List of agile trains that have releases within the specified date range
  • Releases that are part of each release train
  • Dependencies of releases among each other
  • Upstream and downstream release details
Roadmaps Dashboard

You can view roadmap details for Product or Feature. For Product, you can either view the roadmap for a week or for the month.

  • Hierarchy of Product Line > Product > Feature > Milestones
  • Details of features by milestones
  • Criticality of the release - Critical, High, Medium, Low

 

Teams Dashboard

This tab shows the following information:

  • KPIs about teams, members, roles, and companies
  • Teams by members
  • Roles by members
  • Teams by business groups
  • Teams by product lines
Business Requirements Dashboard This tab shows a report of the business requirements added to the Lazsa platform for each product along with the priority, impact, and status.
Agility Dashboard

This tab shows the following information:

  • Predictability - percentage of stories planned versus stories expected to complete.
  • Stories/Tasks delivered - stories and tasks that are delivered per sprint.
  • Jira Quality issues - issues found per sprint
  • Agile Commitment - the percentage of agile ceremonies attended by the team
  • Team Feedback - the overall team spirit and the confidence the team has about delivering whatever is committed by the team.
  • Sprint Burndown - the committed versus completed story points for a selected sprint.
  • Velocity and Commitment - committed stories as against delivered stories.
  • Scope Change - the scope change that was absorbed for a sprint.
  • Release Deviation -
  • Sprint Scope Distribution - the scope of the sprint distributed in terms of efforts on stories, tasks, and bug fixes.
  • Sprint Duration - the average duration of a sprint.

 

Reports Dashboard This tab provides reports for user details, product lines, products, teams, maturity assessment, and code quality.
