Business Requirements Dashboard

The Business Requirements tab provides tabular information about the requirements that have been added to various products and features. It gives visibility into the status of the requirements, priority, impact, value, release that it is associated with. You can filter the dashboard to view specific information related to product, feature, priority, impact, or risk.

How do I view or filter the Business Requirements dashboard?

Sign in to the Lazsa Platform and click Dashboards in the left navigation pane.
Click the Business Requirements tab and search for a particular business requirement by entering the name.
Use filters to view business requirements for a specific product or feature. You can also filter based on priority, impact, or status.
The Business Requirements dashboard provides the following information:

Business Requirement/ User Feedback - The name of the business requirement or user feedback that is created.
Priority - Select the priority for the business requirement or user feedback, based on the following options:
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Critical
Impact - The impact of the business requirement or user feedback on the product. Select one of the following options:
- Low
- Medium
- High
Value - The value of the business requirement or user feedback.
Status - Select the status of the requirement from the following options:
- None/ Draft/ Requested
- In Review/ Sent for Rework
- Approved
- Rejected
Feature Name - The name of the feature.
Feature Priority - The priority of the feature.
Release - The release with which the business requirement or user feedback is associated.
Product - The product for which the requirement is added.
Feature Value - The value of the feature in which the business requirement or user feedback is added.
Customer - Any specific customer from whom the user feedback is received or for whom the business requirement is being considered.
