Organization Maturity Assessment

The Organization Maturity Assessment screen provides information about assessments performed to asses the maturity at the organization level. The maturity score gives you an indication of how mature your organization is, in terms of its product management processes, team management principles and release management capabilities. The categories and subcategories help you cover the breadth while the questions help you cover the depth of the assessment. Before you begin an assessment, you must configure the settings for maturity assessment. See Configure Maturity Assessment Settings

Organization maturity assessment consists of two tabs - Current Assessments and Baselined Assessments.

The Current Assessments tab provides a list of the assessments that are in progress or completed but for which a record or baseline is not created. It shows a summary of number of assessments initiated and completed. You can discard an assessment. Click the arrow to view the details, that include:

• Categories that are included for assessment.
• Respondent to whom the assessment is assigned for response.
• Due Date by which the respondent needs to complete the assessment.
• Status of the assessment.
• View Details - click to view the responses. The side drawer shows a list of categories and subcategories with responses to each question.

The Baselined Assessments tab provides a record of completed assessments for which details are saved. It includes the following information:

• Assessment Name
• Associated shows the type of assessment.
• Categories include the areas for which assessment is done.
• Baselined on - date on which a record of the assessment is created.
• Baselined by - shows the name of the user who baselined the assessment.
• Score - the overall maturity score from the assessment.
• Maturity Level - the current maturity level based on the assessment score. See Configure Maturity Assessment Settings
• View Dashboard - click to view the actual dashboard based on the assessment scores. See Maturity Assessment Dashboard.
