Maturity Assessment Dashboard

After you complete the maturity assessment of a specific function or overall assessment, you can view the dashboard to go through the detailed findings.

  1. Log on to the Calibo Accelerate platform, navigate to Maturity Assessment.

  2. After completing the assessment, click Dashboard. The dashboard shows the overall scores of each function. You can download the report. See Reports Dashboard
  3. When you click View Details for a function or overall assessment, the current maturity level is displayed. If you want to change the maturity level, click Change.
  4. Choose your target level and click Proceed.
  5. When you click View Action Plan, the Transformation Plan page consists of two tabs:
    1. Recommendations - You can view the attributes that are recommended based on the target level that you want to attain. Click Add to Plan.
    2. Action Plans - Add plan description, select action plan date and assign an owner for the plan. Click Add to Plan.
