Filter Product Portfolios

The Product Portfolios screen in the Calibo Accelerate platform provides multiple options to help you locate and organize product portfolios quickly . These include search, filters, sorting, records per screen, and pagination. With filters, you can narrow down large sets of portfolios and focus only on the most relevant ones.

You must have the View Product Portfolios permission added to your role to access and use filters to manage, track and organize product portfolios.

To access filters in product portfolios

  1. Sign in to the Calibo Accelerate platform, navigate to Product Portfolios.

  2. On the Product Portfolios screen, click the Filters icon located next to the search bar.

  3. Choose any of the following available combinations of filters to define your search criteria.

    Filter Description
    Workflow Stats

    You can filter product portfolios based on their current workflow status. Available options include:

    • None - No workflow assigned

    • Draft - Product Portfolio is in draft stage and not yet approved.

    • In Review - Product Portfolio is under review.

    • Approved - Product Portfolio is approved.

    • Rejected - Product Portfolio is rejected.

    • Sent for Rework - Product Portfolio requires changes and is sent back for changes.

    • Scheduled for Approval - Product Portfolio is awaiting scheduled approval.

    Created By or Product Portfolio Team Member
    • My Product Portfolios: Under this tab, the Created By or Product Portfolio Team Member option is disabled and displays only the your name.

    • All Product Portfolios: Under this tab, the filter shows Created By, where you can enter or select a username to display only product portfolios created by or associated with that team member.

    Created Between Narrow down the results by specifying a date range for product portfolio creation. This helps in seggregating product portfolios created within a particular time frame.
  4. Click Apply to implement selected filters and refine results.

  5. Click Reset and then click Apply to clear all filters and view all the Product Portfolios.

To use the search bar

  1. Use the search bar at the top of the Product Portfolio screen to quickly find your product portfolios by name or keyword.

  2. As you type the name or keyword, matching product portfolios are displayed dynamically.

To use the sorting option

  1. Apart from filtering, you can sort product portfolios using the Sort by dropdown.

  2. Choose one of the following options:

    Sorting Option Description
    Modified Date – Newest to Oldest Displays product portfolios starting with the most recently modified one.
    Modified Date – Oldest to Newest Displays product portfolios starting with the earliest modified one.
    Created Date – Newest to Oldest Displays product portfolios starting with the most recently created one.
    Created Date – Oldest to Newest Displays product portfolios starting with the earliest created one.
    Name Displays product portfolios sorted alphabetically by name.

To switch views

  1. Click the List View or Grid view icon to switch between grid view and list view. This makes it easier to view filtered product portfolios as per your requirement.

  2. Records per screen: In the list view, you can select 10, 25, 30, or 50 product portfolio records per screen.

  3. Pagination: On both list and grid view, you can navigate through multiple pages of product portfolio using numbered page selectors.
