Audit Logs Settings
An audit log is a chronological record or log of events and activities that occur within a system or application. In the Lazsa Platform, audit log captures and stores information about various user interactions related to tools configuration, templates creation, user management, product and portfolio management, data pipeline management and security-related events, among others.
On the Audit Logs settings screen, you can choose the events that you want to keep a record of and the events you don't want to track. We have classified the logging events into various categories covering your entire product development cycle. You can enable or disable the entire category or specific events in each category.
While you can customize most of the events, there are certain mandatory events that are predefined by the system and cannot be modified or disabled. The purpose of these mandatory events is to ensure that critical activities are always logged, providing a comprehensive audit trail for security, compliance, and accountability purposes.
